At Colorado HOME Alliance, nothing is more important to us than protecting the private information of our membership and of visitors to our site. While using our website we attempt to minimize the personal information that we need from you.

Blogs, by their nature are "public" communication. Consider your privacy and anonymity carefully when you create content. Blogs and member forums are structured to be as private as possible, requiring webmaster approval for registration and posting privileges. However, because these forums may be hosted on external forum provider’s servers, Colorado HOME Alliance is not responsible for a security failure that exposes these forums to public view. Colorado HOME Alliance is not responsible for and does not endorse or disclaim opinions expressed by users of the interactive features of this site (forums, blogs).

Do not post defamatory, obscene, or libelous remarks to the forum, and do not post copyrighted material beyond short excerpts that fall under "fair use" statues.
